David the host was very responsive and always willing to communicate promptly when asked questions. The location was exactly as shown on listing and was perfect 15sec walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the stay with zero complaints! Would recommend to any group

This house is just perfect. We were a big group and we were able to accommodate everyone in their own space. We have 2 little kids so being right on the beach made it super convenient. When we didn't want to be on the beach we stay at the house enjoying the pool, the hot tub and cooking outside. Looking forward to be back next summer 🌞

We were family 12. The home had more space to fit more people very comfortably. It is beautiful and relaxing beach front home . If you have young ones they have many games and games room to place. Fenced in yard for younger children. Appears to be close to theme parks and short drive or longer walk to board walk. We like to cook so we didn’t go out to eat but looks like very close to restaurants. David is so rapid with his responses and very attentive. Best host I have so far. David & Chad were the best hosts! Their house was literally a 3 minute walk from the beach and about 10 minutes from the boardwalk. There were tons of food spots just a few minutes walking distance from the front door! It was very peaceful with the private backyard and hot tub and I absolutely recommend staying here! They provided us with absolutely everything we needed for the 6 days we stayed with them. Any question I had they did not hesitate to answer quickly. Not only were they very understanding but they were also very professional and helpful with anything and everything I needed. If you’re thinking about staying in the Myrtle Beach area, I highly recommend staying here!

We had a group of 6 stay at David's place. It was perfectly described and very clean. Easily accommodated our group and super close to the beach and downtown Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend this place. So much better than staying at a resort or hotel. Thanks David!

My stay at David’s place in North Myrtle Beach was wonderful. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Our family truly enjoyed our stay! There was something for everyone to do. The house is nice and roomy with awesome open LR, DR, and kitchen area! Location is perfect but the real star of the show is the outdoor space! The pool, hot tub, yard, and beach access were a huge hit!

Just stayed here with 12 guys for our annual golf trip and the house was perfect for us. We spent lots of time at the beach and used the pool and hot tub as well. The location was convenient to get to many golf courses and plenty of nightlife. Host was very welcoming and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were very happy with this beach house for our family vacation! This place is spacious, maintained well, and just steps from the ocean. We loved having the option of the pool right out the back door. With multiple bedrooms and plenty of common areas, everyone—from the grandparents to the little ones—had their own space to relax and enjoy.
