David's place was very nice. We brought the dogs which made it easy to allow the dogs to run around. House was big enough for more than just our small family of four. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Sheets and towels were clean the Parking was directly in front of the house or we could've parked in the yard there was more than enough space. We were about 3 blocks away from the beach which made it even easier we didn't have to worry about parking. There was lots to do with minimum walking. We will definitely stay again we enjoyed our short time.

My family and I had an amazing stay here! Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made the trip so convenient and relaxing. The host went above and beyond by providing beach toys, plenty of seating, and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent the hosts responded quickly to any questions and even checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

House was easy to find and looked like the pictures. Loved the location of the house and being a quick walk to the beach and all the other beautiful sites that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

David’s place was very exceptional. It accommodated my family well. We traveled down to Myrtle Beach to celebrate my son‘s high school graduation and he really enjoyed himself. The location was perfect. All amenities were within walking distance. The Airbnb was nice, clean and it was everything that we imagined. We will book again! Thanks David for hosting us.

It was easy to book. Easy communication between myself and owner/host. We came to get away from the hassle of our everyday lives and enjoy a vacation and that was exactly what was provided to us.

Loved the location and space for everyone, and the view from their dock on the water was beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset! Our host was very responsive and great about addressing issues like missing cookware we needed to bake with.
Really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards on the Intercoastal Waterway, although I recommend bringing life jackets because some of the boats passing through create big wakes because of how fast they're going, so you could get knocked over into the water. Nice location for those who don't want to stay in the midst of the crowds downtown!

David was such a wonderful host and he provided a relaxing stay at his home. He was so welcoming and communicative and quick to respond to our messages. The location was beautiful right next to the beach and we had a wonderful time.

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and clean and had easy access to all our favorite places such as Broadway at the Beach, CCU, and Myrtle Beach boardwalk. The pool was so nice for the whole family, perfect for kids and adults. We had access to the river and it had a gate all the way around so we didn't have to worry about the little ones. The house had everything we could have needed with very detailed directions of activities and restaurants in the area! The house itself had a very open floor plan with lots of windows and plenty of parking. The neighbor was also super friendly. I will definitely book again when I'm in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone! We were able to fish right off of the dock and caught quite a few cool looking fish! The host David accommodated all of our needs and made vacation as easy as it should always be! Forever thankful for him and the beautiful property!

We had a great stay at David and Chad’s place. The location is perfect, 3 blocks from the beach, great local restaurants, and plenty of nightlife. The airport is 15 minutes away from the location, and just about everything you need is less than 10 minute walk from the Airbnb. I can’t recommend this listing enough and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful place in Myrtle Beach. The home is well laid out for a vacation spot, with all the amenities you'd be looking for. You're a very short walk to the beach and centrally located to get anywhere in the area. David and Chad were very helpful, to the point that we asked if they had beach umbrellas and they got them delivered to the AirBNB the next morning! If you're looking for a comfortable spot to spend in Myrtle Beach, definitely try out this spot!
