Just stayed here with 12 guys for our annual golf trip and the house was perfect for us. We spent lots of time at the beach and used the pool and hot tub as well. The location was convenient to get to many golf courses and plenty of nightlife. Host was very welcoming and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were very happy with this beach house for our family vacation! This place is spacious, maintained well, and just steps from the ocean. We loved having the option of the pool right out the back door. With multiple bedrooms and plenty of common areas, everyone—from the grandparents to the little ones—had their own space to relax and enjoy.

Great place! Cleanliness is a top priority for our household so this was an excellent trip based on the condition of the bungalow including linens, floors, etc… Very convenient location, also huge plus to have a private driveway for parking!!

I stayed 8 days and it felt like home. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Beach access is great and close. Lots of grills for large cookouts. Had plenty of room for 18 people and living areas that everyone could watch what they wanted. Its very conveniently located to get to everything easily. David was super responsive. We went to make something in the blender and found a base but someone before must have broke the top and didn't tell him. I sent him a message and had a new one in an hour. That's top of the line responsiveness for me. Loved it!!!!!!!
