David was a great host and the place was exactly as described. The location was in walking distance to the beach and many other businesses. I'll definitely be booking this location again.

We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. Plenty of space and beds to sleep in. the backyard was great, the kids loved playing and it was awesome that it was fully fenced. hosts were always very responsive and helpful.

My stay with David was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, and the location was very convenient to the beach. The area was quiet and well-patrolled, which made me feel safe and completely at ease—just like I was at home.
I truly appreciate everything you did, especially taking the time to stop by and get the hot tub set up. That meant a lot. Everything was perfect, and we were able to enjoy ourselves and create lasting memories.

David was a great host from beginning to end. The home is located in a great spot. The beach is in walking distance. There are a lot of shops and restaurants very close by. The home is as described, very cozy and quaint.

Beautiful location and great price. There were 16 of us and we were able to fit everyone. Also the beachfront access was nice and a lot of amenities to keep you having fun! We would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a decent size group staying in Myrtle beach!

I took a family trip. The kids enjoyed. We loved the back yard the most! We loved the grill. the inside wasn’t cluttered or overcrowded. The inside was so nice. Has a washer and dryer. Matched the photos the upstairs is spaceful. They have toys for the beach. Which my children and family loved and the front yard has sand 🫶 you can walk to the beach right down the street. 7 min walk to the strip. Everything is so close. We will be back. This was my dream home.
They were very responsive and checked in on us and made sure if we needed anything. Loved that. Thank you.

MY FAMILY AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE PLACE. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WAS OUR MAINE JOYABLE MOMENT. THE KITCHEN HAD 2-STOVES, 2-DISH WASHERS, 3- FRIDGE. THAT WAS AMAZING, SO YOU NO THE KITCHEN WAS A NICE SIZE ... WE HAD A BALL. .... LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT TRIP. DAVID IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED TO MY EVERY BECK AND CALL . IF YOU"RE VACATIONING I ADVISE YOU TO BOOK YOU'RE NEXT AIRBNB WITH DAVID.

We all came down to Myrtle for the weekend and had a great time, we plan to make this trip an annual thing and book this house next year. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to share. Our favorite part was definitely the pool tables and 24hr access to the pool. Bonus points that it was closed in with a fence so it felt private. Also loved that the house was walking distance straight onto the beach and so many things near by to do. This house is definitely a great spot for a large group. The hosts were wonderful and extremely responsive to any questions I had and were very quick at responding.

was a wonderful walk to the beach to the boardwalk nice area cooking deck area to sit out nice big fireplace straight walk through the house not cluttered you could get around everybody. nice big fenced in yard for your animals and children!!! David and Chad were very friendly and always responded back quickly!!
