Our group loved our stay at David’s place! The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 16 people. The outdoor space was fantastic and proximity to the beach was unmatched. We were also a just short drive from tons of great golf courses and bars/restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, walkable to the beach and the strip. Close to lots of great activities and restaurants. The space is large and accommodating for larger parties with lots of onsite activities and games. Would certainly stay again!

My team and I booked David’s place for our annual offsite training and team building, and in doing so, we made an excellent choice. Each member had their own room and bathroom, and the space was perfect for small group breakout sessions. The weather wasn’t great our first two days, but the layout of the house made it so we didn’t feel we were tripping over one another. The pool and hot tub with tons of seating, and the ocean in the distance, was perfect. David and Chad were excellent communicators and extremely friendly. If you are considering a larger space in N Myrtle, I highly recommend.

My buddies and I stayed at this house for my bachelor trip and it was excellent. Very spacious and has many nice features like a finished basement, great outdoor patio and 7 beds! You can’t beat the price and location. If you want to stay at Myrtle beach stay here!

David and his co-host were phenomenal! Incredibly responsive, proactive in making sure everything was going smoothly. Check in was easy, the entry code was personalized and hence easy to remember. The place was perfect. We had 11 guys on a rainy weekend in Myrtle Beach that thwarted some of our plans; however, there was more than enough to keep us entertained at the B&B between all the TV lounging areas and the game room. Furthermore, the location was great! 4 minutes from the airport. Located right next to the main strip and the main road leading out of Myrtle. Comfortable beds and it didn’t feel crowded even with 11 grown men. Could not recommend more. Thanks David

This place is exactly as advertised. Enough to do inside for a rainy day (including two dishwashers which was very useful!) but the outside is what makes this place excellent. The pool, hot tub and immediate access to the beach The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful.

Another great stay at David’s place! This is a lovely spot a block from the water and boardwalk. Tons of dining and entertainment in walking distance. The backyard is incredibly relaxing. Host is super responsive and very communicative. You couldn’t ask for more and it’s a place we’ll definitely return to.

David's place was perfect for our family. We had more than enough room! My favorite thing about this stay was how close in all directions you are to everything. The place had everything we needed and the entire family enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the big space in the back by the pool. If I get the opportunity to come back to Myrtle Beach I hope I get to stay here again!!

Large group of older golfers. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large open kitchen with room for everyone to help. Plenty of TV’s.Pool and hot tub were perfect after long day of golf

Was a great place to stay! We come in with a large group of people and the house was able to fit all of us very comfortably. Great location and easy access.
